文章综述了新冠肺炎疫情发生以来国际、国内粮食安全面临的总体形势,系统分析了疫情阴影下2020年全球粮食生产走向,以及可能会对我国粮食安全造成的影响,并针对当前疫情发展形势以及我国在保障粮食安全方面存在的短板和不足,提出了摸清家底及制定预案、把粮食安全摆在更加重要的位置、进一步发挥科技引领支撑作用、全面加强农田基本设施建设、保护和提高农民种粮积极性等新冠肺炎疫情下保障我国粮食安全的对策建议。

The overall situation of international and domestic food security since the outbreak of COVID-19 was summarized in the paper.The trend of global grain production in 2020 under the shadow of epidemic situation and the possible impact on China′s food security were systematically analyzed.In view of the current situation of the epidemic situation and the shortcomings of food security in China,specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as finding out the basic situation,preparing for the future,putting food security in a more important position,further strengthening the leading and supporting role of science and technology,comprehensively strengthening the construction of farmland infrastructure,protecting and improving farmers′enthusiasm for grain production,etc.
