摘要
分析复杂薄壁高锰钢托架铸件的结构性能特点 ,制订出切实可行的铸造工艺 ,采取相应措施 ,防止裂纹 ,改善铸态组织 ,从而获得良好的机械性能和健全铸件。
Based on the analyzing of the complicated and thin wall caterpillar tray casting with high manganese steel. We work out an effective foundry technology by which sound casting with improving as cast microstructure and good mechanical properties could be achieved. With this technology, casting defects, such as casting tears, can be avoided.
