摘要
随着地铁行业的蓬勃发展,人力资源的问题逐渐凸显,具体表现为人才供给不足、人才结构不合理、人才能力有限等。因此,了解地铁行业的人力资源管理实践,探讨分析地铁行业人力资源管理实践中的问题具有重要的意义。对国内外几家地铁行业集团公司目前的人力资源管理实践现状进行案例分析,基于AMO理论指出存在的问题,为地铁行业人力资源管理实践提供发展建议。
With the vigorous development of the domestic subway industry,the problems of human resource(HR hereafter)management have gradually become prominent.It shows that the insufficient talent supply,irrational talent structure,and limited talent capacity have been barriers for subway industry in future.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss and analyze the problems of HR practice in the subway industry.Based on AMO theory,this article analyses the existing problems of HR Practices in domestic and foreign subway groups companies by case study,in order to provide improvement for HR practice in subway industry.
