摘要 同源异型盒(HB)蛋白是与发育相关的一类重要转录因子,其最显著的特征是具有一个由60个或61个氨基酸组成的高度保守结构域-同源异型域(HD)。本研究以拟南芥、水稻、甘薯、木薯等作物为代表,回溯近年来国内外homeobox基因调控植物根生长和发育相关研究进展,旨在为植物根发育分子机理的深入研究以及利用基因工程手段进行分子育种提供参考。 Homeobox(HB)protein is a kind of important transcription factor related to development.Its most significant feature is a highly conserved domain consisting of 60 or 61 amino acids,named homeodomain(HD).This paper reviewed the proceeding research of homeobox genes in plant root growth and development regulation of Arabidopsis thaliana,rice,sweet potato,cassava and other crops.The research progress of the regulation of plant root growth and development by homeobox gene in recent years is reviewed,to provide a reference for exploring the molecular mechanism of plant root development and molecular breeding.
