摘要 在教学工作中,教与学是一个辩证的统一体,按照马克思主义哲学中矛盾论的思想去理解,这两者之间也可以说是一对矛盾。从矛盾的普遍性来讲,它也贯穿于教育教学工作的全过程,教师是教,学生是学,从力学的角度讲,教要作用于学。总结多年来学校、家长、社会在调动引导学生学习积极性方面的一个深刻教训是,我们虽然都有一个良好的愿望,甚至心存良苦用心,但由于思维方式、工作方式不当等原因,最终得到的结果往往是适得其反。其根本原因是,没有有效地开发学生内在的学习积极性,也就是说,没有把我们的良好愿望变成学生的自觉行动。本文试图通过理解运用内因外因的辩证关系,为调动学生学习积极提供有益的探索。 In the teaching work,teaching and learning are a dialectical unity.According to the theory of contradiction in Marxist philosophy,the two can also be said to be a pair of contradictions.From the universality of contradiction,it also runs through the whole process of education and teaching.Teachers teach,students learn.From the perspective of mechanics,teaching should act on learning.A profound lesson learned by schools,parents and society in mobilizing and guiding students’learning enthusiasm over the years is that although we all have a good wish and even have good intentions,due to the improper way of thinking and working.The final result is counterproductive.The fundamental reason is that students’intrinsic learning enthusiasm has not been effectively developed,that is to say,our good wishes have not been turned into students’conscious actions.This paper attempts to understand and use the dialectical relationship between internal and external causes,so as to provide beneficial exploration for mobilizing students to study actively.
