随着我国社会主义建设进入新时代,基础教育和高等教育也迫切需要从普及向高质量过渡。中共十八大至今,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央高瞻远瞩,把教育事业摆在更加突出的位置。全面提高教育质量是国家推行科教兴国战略的必由之路,是落实人才强国战略的根本保障,是做好立德树人工作的有力抓手。在具体实践中,应构建育人育才新模式,用提高教师队伍质量促进提高教育质量,财政对教育始终保持高投入力度,不断改革教育评价体系。通过以上途径,实现教育高质量发展。

As my country’s socialist construction enters a new era,basic education and higher education also urgently need to transit from popularization to high quality.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary has foresighted and put education in a more prominent position.Comprehensively improving the quality of education is the only way for the country to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,and a powerful starting point for doing a good job of building morality and talents.In specific practice,a new model of educating people and talents should be constructed,and the quality of the teaching staff should be improved to promote the improvement of the quality of education,the financial investment has always been high in education,and the education evaluation system should be continuously reformed.Through the above approaches,high-quality development of education can be achieved.
