摘要
自古以来,德育为先,一个人思想道德基础不稳固,绝不会成为国之栋梁。高校作为高等人才进入社会前的最后一个"哨所",在德育方面肩负着引导、教育和纠正的重任。近年来,高校在管理育人方面进行了广泛实践,但对管理育人的界定和内涵理解仍不够充分,因此并未发挥切实功能。本文对管理育人的内涵进行了阐述,分析了当前高校在管理育人方面存在的问题。基于分析结果,制定了树立管理育人理念的的保障机制,提出了培养高素质管理队伍的优化方案,为高校管理育人工作进一步开展提供了参考。
From ancient times,moral education comes first. If a person who don’t have a solid ideological and moral foundation will never become the pillar of the state. As the last "post" before higher talents enter the society, universities shoulder the important task of guiding, educating and correcting in moral education. In recent years, universities have carried out extensive practice in management education, but the definition and connotation of management education is still not fully understood,and it doesn’t really function. This paper expounds the connotation of management education and analyzes the problems existing in management education in universities. Based on the results of the analysis, this paper established the guarantee mechanism for the concept of management education, and the optimization scheme of training high quality management team is put forward,which provides reference for the further development of university management education.
