基于人力资源管理视角的高校辅导员专业化、职业化实现路径思考——以A大学为例

On the Realization Path of Specialization and Professionalization of College Counselors from the Perspective of Human Resource Management——Take A University as an example

高校辅导员既具有教师身份,又具有管理干部身份,在高校学生思想政治教育以及学生管理工作中扮演者重要角色。近年来高校辅导员职业化、专业化对高校辅导员职业生涯提出更高要求。本文以师范类大学A为例,通过对高校辅导员现状,及高校辅导员职业化过程中存在的一些问题的分析,从人力资源管理的视角对高校辅导员专业化、职业化实施路径进行探讨并提出意见建议。

College counselors are both teachers and administrators, playing an important role in Ideological and political education and student management. In recent years, the professionalization and specialization of college counselors put forward higher requirements for their career. This paper takes normal university a as an example, through the analysis of the current situation of college counselors and some problems in the process of college counselors’ professionalization, from the perspective of human resource management, discusses the implementation path of college counselors’ specialization and professionalization, and puts forward suggestions.
