面向能力的应用统计人才培养需求分析和模式研究

Demand Analysis and Mode Research of Ability-oriented Applied Statistics Talents Training

随着大数据和人工智能技术的发展,对具有数据统计分析能力的人才提出了更高的要求。本文以"应用统计学"课程为对象,以能力产出为导向,探讨了应用统计人才培养的能力需求和培养模式。人才培养的应用统计能力需求包括业务能力和职业道德两个方面,其中业务能力包括统计建模、数据收集、统计分析和软件操作能力。在能力需求分析的基础上,进一步提出了"以教学目标重塑为根本、以课程建设更新为基础、以教学方式革新为核心、以实践能力提升为关键、以考核方式改革为重点、以教学效果评价为反馈"的"六位一体"人才培养模式。经分析,我们提出的应用统计能力需求和"六位一体"人才培养模式是可行的、有效的。

With the development of big data and artificial intelligence technology, higher requirements are put forward for talents with the ability of data statistical analysis. This paper takes the course of applied statistics as the object and takes the ability output as the guidance to discuss the ability demand and training mode of applied statistics talents. The demand of applied statistical ability in personnel training includes business ability and professional ethics, among which business ability includes statistical modeling, data collection, statistical analysis and software operation ability. On the basis of the ability demand analysis,this paper further puts forward the "six in one" talent training mode, which is based on the reconstruction of teaching objectives,based on the renewal of curriculum construction, centered on the innovation of teaching methods, focused on the improvement of practical ability, focused on the reform of assessment methods and feedback on teaching effect evaluation. After analysis,we put forward the application of statistical ability needs and "six in one" talent training mode is feasible and effective.
