摘要
通过"全国大学生中学物理教学技能大赛"集训成果的不断课程化,一个集"学科性"和"师范性"且具有显著"竞技"的"三性"结合的物理学(师范)专业人才培养体系逐步被构建。通过该方案的实施,达到了培养高校物理教学师资和中学物理教学师资的双重目标,体现了该方案成果导向的意图。
By integrating the training course of the national contest of physics teaching skills for college students into the curriculum of the physics(normal) talent training program, an application oriented personnel training system comes into being. It displays the unity of academic nature, normal nature, and competitiveness. Employing the program, the teacher-training of the college and middle school can be realized preferably.
