大学生社团管理的创新模式探析

现如今,在校园文化建设的过程中,社团已经成为了学生生活以及校园文化的重要的重要组成部分,是大学生进行自我管理、自我发展、自我服务的重要组织之一,对于提高大学生的综合素养、推动高校的文化建设起到了重要的作用。但是,学生社团管理也存在着很多问题,大学生社团的管理模式还需要进一步的创新和优化。本文主要对大学生社团组织的重要作用以及大学生社团管理存在的主要问题进行分析,进一步提出了大学生社团管理模式的创新途径,从而保证社团建设的顺利进行。

Nowadays, in the process of campus culture construction, community has become an important part of students’ life and campus culture. It is one of the important organizations for college students to carry out self-management, self-development and self-service. It plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of college students and promoting the cultural construction of colleges and universities. However, there are many problems in the management of student associations, and the management mode of College Students’ associations needs further innovation and optimization. This paper mainly analyzes the important role of college students’ associations and the main problems existing in the management of College Students’ associations, and further puts forward the innovative approaches to the management mode of college students’ associations, so as to ensure the smooth progress of community construction.
