摘要 贯彻落实医教协同理念不仅推进医学教育模式的转变和发展,更成为培养适应时代需求的高素质医学人才的有力手段;人文关怀的思想则帮助医护人员把工作重心从关注"病"向关注"人"转变,作为医学工作及文化的核心内容,已经成为医护人员必须具备的基本素养,而现今医护人员人文关怀能力不能适应时代发展的需求,与国外发达国家相比更是相差甚远。本项目旨在立足医教协同的社会背景下对人文关怀教育能力现状、临床人文关怀能力现状、老年人文关怀能力现状三个方面进行观念分析和整合以研究医护人员整体人文关怀能力现状,寻求提升我国医护人员人文关怀能力的方法,增强医护人员整体素养,从根源上解决现今医患关系紧张的社会现状。 The implementation of the concept of medical education coordination not only promotes the transformation and development of medical education mode, but also becomes a powerful means to cultivate high-quality medical talents to meet the needs of the times;the idea of humanistic care helps medical staff shift the focus of work from "disease" to "people". As the core content of medical work and culture, it has become the basic requirement for medical staff. However, the humanistic care ability of medical staff cannot meet the needs of the development of the times, which is far from the developed countries. Based on the social background of medical and educational cooperation, this project aims to analyze and integrate the current situation of humanistic care education ability, clinical humanistic care ability and elderly humanistic care ability, so as to study the current situation of medical staff’s overall humanistic care ability, seek ways to improve the humanistic care ability of medical staff in China, and enhance the overall quality of medical staff to solve the current tense relationship between doctors and patients.
