高校学生法律素养现状及解决对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Solutions of the Legal Literacy of College Students

大学生是未来社会的希望,是社会发展的重要力量,也是中国进行社会主义建设的主要参与者。然而,当今大学生的法律素养并不乐观,主要体现在法律知识缺乏、法律意识淡薄等方面。提升当代高校学生法律素养是建设法治社会的重要环节之一。对此,学生本身应当重视法律学习、高校教师应当重视法律教育、学校应帮助构建学习平台,通过学生、教师、学校的共同努力,提升大学生整体法律素养。

College students are the hope of the future society, the important force of social development, and the main participant of socialist construction in China. However, the current legal literacy of college students is not optimistic, mainly reflected in the lack of legal knowledge, legal awareness and so on. To improve the legal literacy of contemporary college students is one of the important links in the construction of the rule of law society. In this regard, students themselves should pay attention to legal learning, college teachers should pay attention to legal education, and schools should help to build a learning platform,through the joint efforts of students, teachers and schools, to improve the overall legal literacy of college students.
