摘要
以应用型物流人才岗位职能为研究对象,采用问卷调查、实地访谈调研和逐层剖析的方法,确定物流人才职业能力层次结构模型和各项专业能力的评价指标点,并进一步对特定课程"物流单证制作"进行能力指标点的细化,运用相应的项目教学等教学方式和评价方式来达成能力培养,实现应用型物流人才的培养目标。
Taking the post function of applied logistics talents as the research object, this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey, on-the-spot interviews and surveys and layer-by-layer analysis to determine the hierarchical structure model of logistics talents’ professional competence and its evaluation index points.Then it further refines the index points of the specific course "Logistics Document". Its aim is to achieve professional competence target of applied logistics talents by the corresponding teaching methods and evaluation methods.
