财务共享背景下高职会计专业人才培养研究

Research on the Training of Accounting Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Financial Sharing

随着近几年的大数据、网络化、人工智能的迅速发展,财务共享中心的构建为越来越多的企业青睐。但是高职院校在会计领域的学生培养与社会当下需求存在着较大的不对等性。本文在财务共享的大背景之下,通过当下社会企业对会计人才的需求为出发点,结合高职的教育培养方式,为高职专业的人才培养模式提出的建议。

With the rapid development of big data, network and artificial intelligence in recent years, the construction of financial sharing center is favored by more and more enterprises. However, there is a big disparity between the cultivation of students in the field of accounting and the current needs of the society. Under the background of financial sharing, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the talent training mode of higher vocational education through the current social enterprise demand for accounting talents.
