产教融合视角下高职空乘专业学生应用能力提升研究

Research on Improving the Application Ability of Flight Attendants in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Production Teaching Integration

为对接产业深化融合理论的认识并为高职空乘专业学生能力提升开辟新的路径,对空乘专业学生能力提升策略进行研究,笔者联系自身工作中对于实践的认识,针对产教融合视角下"空乘专业人才培养规格的升级需求"为逻辑起点,而后"推行面向真实生产环境的任务式培养"课程体系,论述产教融合视角下高职空乘专业学生能力提升的保障策略和具体措施。

In order to deepen the understanding of industry integration theory and open up a new path for the improvement of Higher Vocational flight attendants’ ability, this paper studies the strategies for improving the students’ ability of flight attendants. Based on the understanding of practice in my own work, the logical starting point is "upgrading requirements of flight attendants’ training specifications" from the perspective of industry teaching integration, and then "promote the real production environment oriented task-based training " curriculum system, discusses the guarantee strategy and specific measures of higher vocational flight attendants’ ability improvement from the perspective of production teaching integration.
