“双高”视角下高职教师科研能力的培养与提升策略分析 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,我国教师数量不断呈上升趋势,教师年龄普遍下降,年轻化趋势明显,特别是一些高职院校,青年教师的占比不断上升,这一状况一定程度上使得教师与学生之间的代沟减少,方便了交流与沟通,但同时也导致了教师教学水平下降,高职学校整体科研水平弱等问题的发生。本文从"双高"视角下注重高职教师科研能力培养与提升的意义入手,重点研究目前"双高"视角下高职教师科研能力培养与提升中存在的问题,希望能促进之后高职教师科研水平的提升,对高职学校的整体科研水平上升有所帮助。 In recent years, the number of teachers in China has been on the rise. The age of teachers has generally declined,and the trend of youth is obvious. Especially in some higher vocational colleges, the proportion of young teachers is rising.This situation, to a certain extent, reduces the generation gap between teachers and students, facilitates communication and communication, but at the same time, it also leads to the decline of teachers’ teaching level and the overall scientific research level of higher vocational schools weak and so on. Starting from the significance of paying attention to the cultivation and promotion of higher vocational teachers’ scientific research ability from the perspective of "double high", this paper focuses on the problems existing in the cultivation and promotion of higher vocational teachers’ scientific research ability from the perspective of "double high", hoping to promote the improvement of higher vocational teachers’ scientific research level and help the overall scientific research level of higher vocational schools.
