网络语境下高校国家安全教育的反思及对策

Reflection and Countermeasures of National Security Education in Colleges and Universities under the Network Context

坚持总体国家安全观,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容。本文通过对日常工作中对当代青年大学生网络语境的形成与传播概况的研究,分析了在网络信息传播时代,高校国家安全教育及意识形态领域面临的挑战及困境,认为在新形势下,高校思政教育者应主动构建广大学生相适应的国家安全教育话语体系,建好管理机制,守牢网络思政教育阵地,增强意识形态领域思政教育的吸引力及话语权;帮助学生构建总体国家安全观的概念的同时在政治安全、文化安全和社会安全开展有效教育,提升新时代国家安全教育及爱国主义教育建设效能。

Upholding the overall national security concept is an important part of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. This paper analyzes the challenges and dilemmas in the field of national security education and ideology in the era of network information dissemination according to the studies on the formation and dissemination of the network context of contemporary young college students, which believes that under the new situation, college ideological and political educators should take the initiative to build a national security education discourse system suitable for the majority of students, establish a management mechanism, guard the online ideological and political education positions, and enhance the appeal and discourse of ideological and political education in the field of ideology, which helps students build the concept of overall national security concept while carrying out effective education in political, cultural and social security, improving the efficiency of national security education and patriotism education in the new era.
