摘要
分层教学法是一种以因材施教为教育核心的教学策略,充分考虑学生自身学习能力与学习状况,通过划分不同层级的学习小组,最大限度地增进各个层级中学生游泳技能的提升,带动整个班级教学质量的提升。分层教学法在高校游泳教学质量提升中具有重要的应用价值,教师应从学生基本情况了解入手,将分层教学理念合理熔铸在教学过程中,以此促进教学质量的不断提升,为学生游泳技能掌握提供更多支持。本文据此从学习分层、内容设计、教学安排以及教学评价等方面对教学实践展开深入探讨,希望据此为相关教学设计提供一定的理论参考。
Hierarchical teaching method is a teaching strategy with teaching students in accordance with their aptitude as the core of education. It takes students’ learning ability and learning status into full consideration. By dividing learning groups at different levels, it can maximize the improvement of swimming skills of middle school students at all levels and promote the teaching quality of the whole class. Hierarchical teaching method has important application value in the improvement of swimming teaching quality in colleges and universities. Teachers should start from the students’ basic situation and reasonably melt the hierarchical teaching concept into the teaching process, so as to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality and provide more support for students’ swimming skills. Based on this, this paper discusses the teaching practice from the aspects of learning stratification, content design, teaching arrangement and teaching evaluation, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for relevant teaching design.
