社会工作视角下农村留守儿童家庭亲职教育的困境与超越 被引量:1

摘要 由于农村部分家庭的工作仍以创收为中心,家庭教育的基础又十分薄弱,社会对亲职教育的相关支持亦处于空白,且缺乏亲职教育的制度性安排,导致农村亲职教育面临理念落后,渠道单一,内容陈旧的困境,要突破该三重困境,从社会工作视角出发,父母层面需要赋权增能,转变认知;家庭层面需要以家庭为本,聚焦整个家庭养育能力建设,社会层面孵化培育专业组织,构建亲职教育社会支持体系。 At present the work of some families in rural areas is still centered on income generation, the foundation of family education remains very weak, the relevant support for parental education still lacks, and there is no institutional arrangement for parental education. As a result, rural parental education is faced with the plight of backward ideas, single channels and outdated contents. To solve these problems, parents should be empowered and change their cognition from the perspective of social work. It is necessary to put family in the first place, focus on the construction of the whole family’s parenting ability, incubate and cultivate professional organizations at the social level, and construct the social support system of parental education.
