本文通过麦肯锡公司对上海健康医学院近五年就业大数据的整理以及就业质量的相关分析,从学生、用人单位的角度以及教育教学质量对就业质量的影响等方面进行了反馈,并针对毕业生就业质量的提升提出了相关建议。

Based on McKinsey’s analysis of the employment big data of Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences in recent five years and the analysis of employment quality, this paper gives feedback from the perspective of students and employers and the impact of education and teaching quality on employment quality, and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the employment quality of graduates.
