摘要
复旦大学护理学院与上海市公共卫生临床中心于2014年初步构建了《艾滋病临床护理实践指南》,经过应用评价和修订后于2019年3月在复旦大学循证护理中心发布。本文主要从高效联合抗逆转录病毒治疗服药依从性管理和艾滋病相关症状管理方面解读该指南的要点,并结合该指南在上海市公共卫生临床中心的应用情况提出思考,旨在为护理人员提供艾滋病护理的循证决策参考。
The School of Nursing Fudan University and Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center formulated a preliminary HIV/AIDS Clinical Nursing Practice Guideline in 2014,which was released by the Fudan University Evidence-based Nursing Center in March 2019 after application evaluation and revision.This article interprets the guideline mainly from the medication compliance management in highly active antiretroviral therapy and management of HIV/AIDS-related symptoms,and gives opinions on the application of the guideline in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center,in order to provide references for HIV/AIDS nurses making evidence-based decisions.
