摘要
通过对光伏组件分别反向通2、4、8、12 A电流,分析了不同通电强度下光伏组件表面温度的变化曲线;并对反向通电500 h(通电电流为6.67 A)后的光伏组件进行I-V测试,结果显示,通电后光伏组件最大功率的变化幅度不超过0.5%。
The surface temperature curve are obtained when PV module is energized with 2,4,8,12 A reverse current.The heating phenomenon of PV module is studied.After 500 h of reverse energization of PV module(6.67 A current),it was found that the maximum power change of PV module did not exceed 0.5%.
