摘要
以光伏农业大棚钢架结构特点为研究基础,测试光伏支架在设计荷载作用下的应力应变;利用ANSYS软件进行模拟分析,通过与试验测量数据进行对比验证后发现,试验结果与模拟分析结果吻合较好,主钢架结构在要求荷载作用下测得的最大应力值远小于钢材可承受应力值,结构安全且强度高。研究结果旨在为在建光伏农业大棚钢架结构进行承受设计荷载评估时提供借鉴。
Based on the structural characteristics of the steel frame structure of the PV agricultural greenhouse,the stress and strain of PV bracket under the design load are tested.The simulation results of ANSYS software are consistent with the experimental measurement data.The maximum stress of the main steel frame structure measured under the required load is much smaller than the steel bearing stress value,indicating that the structure has good safety strength.This result can be used as an evaluation of the design load of steel frame structure of PV agricultural greenhouses.
