摘要
以β-环糊精、壳聚糖等为主要原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备了β-环糊精/壳聚糖复合微球。采用红外光谱、粒度分析仪、热重等对其结构和性能进行表征,探讨氢氧化钠用量对β-环糊精/壳聚糖复合物结构和性能的影响。结果表明,适当增加NaOH用量可提高微球的多孔结构稳定性,过量NaOH会对复合微球官能团及多孔结构产生破坏。
β-cyclodextrin/chitosan composite microspheres are prepared byβ-cyclodextrin and chitosan as main raw materials and epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent.The structure and properties ofβ-cyclodextrin/chitosan composite microspheres are characterized by IR,particle size analyzer and thermogravimetry.The effect of sodium hydroxide dosage on the structure and properties ofβ-cyclodextrin/chitosan composite is mainly discussed.The results show that the stability of the porous structure of the composite microspheres can be improved by increasing the amount of NaOH,and excessive NaOH will destroy the functional groups and porous structure of the composite microspheres.
