摘要
加氢装置高压分离器的气-液平衡与高压分离器操作温度、操作压力密切相关,应用工艺流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ进行了气-液平衡计算,大大节省了计算时间,又可提高计算准确度。对加氢装置高压分离器操作温度、操作压力进行了分析,结果表明:选择适宜的高压分离器操作温度、操作压力,有利于提高加氢装置循环氢纯度、降低溶解氢量。在工程设计中通过优化高压分离器的工艺参数可以减少加氢装置废氢的排放,降低加氢装置的氢耗,提高加氢装置的经济效益。
The gas-liquid equilibrium of the high-pressure separator in the hydrogenation unit is closely related to the operating temperature and operating pressure.The application of process simulation software PRO/Ⅱin gas-liquid equilibrium calculation can save time and improve the accuracy of calculation.Through the analysis of the operating temperature and operating pressure of the high-pressure separator in the hydrogenation unit,the results show that the selecting appropriate operating temperature and operating pressure of the high-pressure separator is conducive to improving the purity of the circulating hydrogen and reducing the amount of dissolved hydrogen in the hydrogenation unit.It is pointed out that in the engineering design,by optimizing the process parameters of the high-pressure separator,the discharge of waste hydrogen and the hydrogen consumption of the hydrogenation unit can be reduced,and the economic benefit of the hydrogenation unit can be improved.
