摘要
较低级别胶质瘤(LGG)包括Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级胶质瘤,虽然级别较低,仍有复发及恶性转化可能,因此早期评估LGG预后对于个体化治疗至关重要。影像组学具有可重复性、无创性、客观性等优势,可提取肿瘤异质性信息。近年来基于MRI单一序列或多序列的组学特征模型评估LGG基因表达、病理分级、生存预后及进展等方面已取得较大进展。就LGG影像组学进展、特别是评估其基因表型及预后方面研究成果进行综述。
Although the malignance of lower-grade glioma(LGG),includingⅡandⅢgliomas,is low,there is still the possibility of recurrence and malignant transformation in some patients.Early assessment of LGG prognosis is essential for individualized treatment.With the advantages of repeatability,non-invasiveness,and objectivity,radiomics is widely used in the evaluation of glioma.Moreover,radiomics can extract heterogenous information of tumors.In recent years,radiomics models,based on MRI single sequence or multiple sequences,have made great progress in assessing LGG gene expression,pathological grade,survival prognosis,and tumor progression.This article reviews the progress of radiomics in evaluating LGG,especially the assessment of LGG genotype and prognosis.
