摘要
脑梗死病人以运动残疾最常见且危害最大。多模态MRI评价皮质下脑梗死病灶远隔运动皮质的损害与重组,有利于神经功能的评估和预测,对脑梗死运动功能康复治疗的靶点、时机及策略的选择具有重要意义。综述结构和功能MRI在脑梗死运动功能康复及治疗策略选择中的应用进展,并结合现有脑梗死动物实验的MRI研究,阐明脑梗死自发运动功能康复机制,以期为个体化精准运动功能康复策略的制定奠定基础。
Motor deficit is the most common and most harmful in patients with ischemic stroke.The multi-modality MRI can be used to evaluate the damage and reorganization of motor cortex spatially remote from the lesions in subcortical stroke,and can facilitate evaluation and prediction of neural functions.Moreover,it has an important implication for selection of target,timing and strategy in motor rehabilitation treatment.In this paper,we reviewed the application progress of structural and functional MRI in evaluation of motor rehabilitation and selection of treatment strategy.Then,we explained the mechanism of spontaneous motor rehabilitation based on the evidences from MRI studies on animal stroke model.This paper would lay a foundation for the establishment of individualized rehabilitation strategies.
