摘要
肌腱和韧带是维持膝关节结构和功能稳定的重要组成结构。MRI具有良好的软组织分辨力,是观察肌腱和韧带形态结构及评估损伤的重要影像检查技术。三维MRI和T2 mapping、T2*mapping、T1ρ、超短回波时间序列,以及扩散加权成像和扩散张量成像等MRI新技术的应用不仅可以优化显示膝关节肌腱和韧带的结构,还可以对诊断其损伤提供更丰富的定量信息。就近年MRI新技术在膝关节肌腱和韧带方面的应用进展进行综述。
Tendons and ligaments are important components to maintain the structural and functional stability of the knee joint.MRI is an important imaging technique for observing the morphological structure and evaluating injury of tendons and ligaments,which offers high soft tissue contrast.New MRI techniques such as three-dimensional magnetic resonance imaging,T2 mapping,T2*mapping,T1ρ,ultra-short echo time(UTE),DWI and DTI sequence can optimize the structual images of knee tendons and ligaments,and provide rich quantitative information on the diagnosis of injury.This article provides a review of the research progress in magnetic resonance imaging of knee tendons and ligaments in recent years.
