pH与温度对智能印迹水凝胶性能的影响

Influence of pH and temperature on performance of intelligent imprinted hydrogels

摘要 以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为温敏单体,丙烯酸为功能单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为辅助功能单体,制备出了氧氟沙星印迹的pH/温度双敏感水凝胶,并将该材料用于水中氧氟沙星的检测过程中。考察了水凝胶的温度和pH敏感性对氧氟沙星吸附与洗脱的影响,结果显示材料对氧氟沙星具有很好的选择性分离与富集效果,回收率可达90%以上,相对标准偏差小于2%。 A pH/temperature double-responsive imprinted hydrogels were successfully prepared in the presence of thermosensitive monomer(N-isopropylacrylamide),functional monomer(acrylic acid),auxiliary functional monomer(hydroxyethyl methacrylate)and template molecule(ofloxacin).The material was applied to the detection of ofloxacin in water and the effects of temperature and pH sensitivity of hydrogel on the adsorption and elution of ofloxacin were investigated.The results showed that the material had good selective separation and enrichment effect on ofloxacin,and the enrichment recovery was over 90%and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.
