牦牛和藏羊免疫特性试验观察

Observation on Immunological Characteristics of Yak and Tibetan Sheep

牦牛和藏羊是青海地区的优优势畜牧品种,该类牲畜品种对高原环境有独特适应能力,是农民群众发家致富的优势产业和支柱性产业。藏羊和牦牛殖产业不断向集约化、规模化方向发展,国外学者对牦牛和藏羊的研究方面不断增加,但是对免疫特征的研究范围较小。该文主要对牦牛和藏羊的免疫特性开展针对性试验,测试藏羊和牦牛体内的免疫细胞的相关指标,揭示藏羊和牦牛的免疫特征。

Yak and Tibetan sheep are the dominant livestock breeds in Qinghai,which have unique adaptability to the plateau environment and are the dominant and pillar industries for farmers to get rich.The Tibetan sheep and yak breeding industry is becoming more and more intensive and large-scale.The research on yak and Tibetan sheep is increasing,but the scope of research on immune characteristics is small.The aim of this paper is to study the immune characteristics of Tibetan sheep and yak,to test the indexes of immune cells in Tibetan sheep and yak,and reveal the immune characteristics of Tibetan sheep and yak.
