绿色生态养殖逐渐进入人们视线,对其越来越受到重视。因此,目前部分养殖户逐渐开始注重技术,并改变传统养殖逐渐开始发展生态养殖。传统养猪不仅不能保证肉的品质,还存在许多弊端,如给环境带来比较大的污染,抗生素滥用不规范极大降低肉质安全水平。生态养殖可有效改变传统养殖的弊端,并有效提高肉品质与猪肉类食品的安全性。该文主要论述生态养猪养殖技术方面及发展趋势。

Green ecological breeding has gradually come into people's sight,more and more attention to it.Therefore,at present,some farmers gradually began to focus on technology,and change the traditional breeding gradually began to develop ecological breeding.The traditional pig raising not only can not guarantee the quality of meat,but also has many disadvantages,such as to the environment to bring the bigger pollution,the antibiotic abuse not standard greatly reduces the meat quality safety level.Ecological farming can effectively change the disadvantages of traditional farming and improve the quality of meat and the safety of pork food.This paper mainly discusses the technical aspects and development trend of ecological pig breeding.
