乙醇浸提法和微波辅助浸提法提取葡萄酒泥中原花青素的综合比较 被引量:1

摘要 利用乙醇浸提法和微波辅助浸提法提取葡萄酒泥中的原花青素,运用正丁醇-盐酸法测量原花青素的含量,结合单因素试验和标准曲线分析,综合比较乙醇浸提法和微波辅助浸提法在提取葡萄酒泥中原花青素的优缺点.结果证明,以葡萄酒泥为原料恒温下浸提原花青素,1:15(g/mL)的料液比,30 s的微波处理时间,50%体积分数的乙醇溶液是微波辅助浸提法的最佳浸提条件.1:8(g/mL)的料液比,60%体积分数的乙醇溶液,50℃的恒温水浴环境是乙醇浸提法的最佳浸提条件.最优条件下两种方法测得原花青素提取率分别为3.42%和2.47%. The use of ethanol extraction and micxrowave-assisted extraction to extract wine procyanidins in the mud,the use of nbutyl alcohol hydrochloric acid method to measure the content of procyanidins,combined with the single factor test and standard curve analysis,from the perspective of multiple comprehensive comparison of ethanol extraction and microwave-assisted extraction in the extraction of wine mud zhongyuan the advantages and disadvantages of anthocyanins,to find out better laboratory procyanidins extraction method.The results showed that the optimum conditions for microwave-assisted extraction were 1:15(g/mL)solid-liquid ratio,30s microwave treatment time and 50%volume fraction ethanol solution.1:8 material liquid ratio(g/mL),60%of the volume fraction of ethanol solution,50℃constant temperature water bath environment is the best extraction conditions of ethanol extraction.Under optimal conditions,the extraction rates of procyanidins were 3.42%and 2.47%.To sum up,microwave-assisted extraction has advantages over ethanol extraction.
