摘要
为适应新时代对创新人才培养的更高要求,将金属钴配合物的合成与表征、磁化率测定及其理论研究引入结构化学实验教学中.实验采用扩散法合成配合物晶体,并运用X-射线单晶衍射、量子化学计算等新方法和新原理对配合物进行表征和研究,内容涉及多个基础理论知识,现象稳定、重复性好.此实验培养学生以科学研究的形式完成实验,鼓励学生独立设计方案,进行创新性实验研究,并以科技论文的形式撰写实验报告.实验的实施,有利于学生创新思维的培养,对培养新时代创新性应用型本科人才具有重要作用.
The study on synthesis,structural characterization,the determination of magnetic susceptibility and theory calculation of cobalt(II)complex was introduced to structural chemistry experiment in order to adapt to the higher demands on training innovative talent for the New Era.The single crystal was synthesized by slow diffusion.Then it was confirmed and studied by using new methods and new principles such as single crystal X-ray diffraction and the quantum chemical calculations.The experiments involve a lot of basic theoretical knowledge,good stability reproducibility.Students were cultivated to perform the expetiment and summarize the results with a scientific research mind,that is,to design the expetiment independently,to carry out the innovative experimental research and write the experimental report in the form of scientific papers.The effective implementation of experiments is helpful to enhance the cultivation of the students’s scientific literacy and innovation awareness,which plays an important role in training innovative applied ta lents.
