新课标下地方高校与中学协作开展地理实践的可行性探讨

《普通高中地理课程标准(2017年版)》强调学生具备地理学科核心素养,特别强调地理实践能力的培养,同时也对一线教师的地理实践教学能力和信息技术应用能力提出了更高要求.地方高校教育实习中教学技能尤其是实践技能的培养需要满足新课标下中学地理教学的需要.作为高校教育实习基地的中学,应更新教育理念,重视地理实践教学.地方高校实行高校专业指导教师——实习教师——中学地理教师传帮带联合,鼓励实习教师与中学地理教师利用地方高校的优质实践资源开展地理实践教学,同时将实践教学评价加入到教育实习评价体系中,提高了实习教师与中学地理教师的实践教学能力,达到优化人才培养模式,培养符合时代要求的优秀中学地理储备教师的目的.

《The General Senior High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017)Edition》emphasizes that students should have the core accomplishment of geography subject,with particular emphasis on the geography practical ability.And it also puts forward higher requirements of geography practical teaching and information technology application for teachers.The cultivation of teaching skills,especially practical skills,in the teaching practice of local university needs to meet the needs of geography teaching in middle school under the new curriculum standard.As a teaching practice base of university,the middle school should renew its educational concept and attach importance to the practical teaching of geography.In local university,professional guidance teachers should pass on experience to practice teachers and geography teachers in middle school,and encourage them to use the high quality practical resources of local university,so as to carry out geographical practical teaching.At the same time,the practical teaching evaluation is added to the evaluation system of educational practice,which improves the practical teaching ability of practice teachers and middle school geography teachers,and achieves the goal of optimizing the talent training mode and cultivating excellent middle school geography reserve teachers in accordance with the requirements of the times.
