基于AHP-二元语义威县高效节水灌溉项目满意度评价

Satisfaction evaluation of high efficiency water saving irrigation project in Weixian County based on AHP binary semantics

为了分析水利工程建设过程中居民的满意度,通过问卷调查形式收集了95份资料,利用帕累托图分析收集的数据,筛选了12个指标作为影响居民满意度的重要因素,使用组合赋权形式获取各指标权重,结合威县高效节水改造工程,使用二元语义方法评价居民满意度。结果表明:当地居民对威县节水改造工程的实施满意度为非常满意,表明工程建设过程中坚守以人为本,取得了良好的社会、经济、环境效益。

In order to analyze the residents'satisfaction in the process of water conservancy project construction,95 data were collected through questionnaire survey,and 12 indexes were selected as the important factors influencing residents'satisfaction by using Pareto chart analysis data,and the weights of each index were obtained by using combination weighting method.Combined with the efficient water-saving reconstruction project in Weixian County,binary semantic method was used to evaluate residents The results show that the local residents are very satisfied with the implementation of the water-saving reconstruction project in Weixian County,indicating that the project construction process adhere to people-oriented,and achieved good social,economic and environmental benefits.
