不同年龄反复呼吸道感染儿童体内锌、铁、钙及维生素A、维生素E水平检测分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究不同年龄反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory tract infection,RRTI)儿童体内的锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)及维生素A、维生素E水平。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六〇医院诊治的年龄≤12岁的RRTI儿童150例纳入RRTI组,并按年龄将其分为0~2岁组、3~5岁组、6~12岁组,每组各50例;另选取同期院内体检健康儿童65例作为对照组。比较各组血清Zn、Fe、Ca及维生素A、维生素E水平;评估Zn、Fe、Ca及维生素A、维生素E对不同年龄段RRTI儿童的影响。结果RRTI组儿童血清Zn、Fe、Ca及维生素A、维生素E水平均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。各年龄段儿童血清Zn、Fe、Ca及维生素A、维生素E水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),0~2岁组儿童血清Zn、Fe及维生素A、维生素E水平均显著高于3~5岁组(均P<0.05),6~12岁组儿童血清Zn、Fe、Ca及维生素A、维生素E水平均显著高于0~2岁组和3~5岁组(均P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,维生素A是0~2岁儿童发生RRTI的独立影响因素(P<0.05),Fe、Ca、维生素A、维生素E均是3~5岁儿童发生RRTI的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论儿童缺乏Zn、Fe、Ca及维生素A、维生素E时易发生RRTI,且3~5岁儿童最易缺乏。 Objective To investigate the levels of zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),calcium(Ca),vitamin A and vitamin E in recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)children at different ages.Method One hundred and fifty RRTI children≤12 years old treated in the 960 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Joint Service Support Force from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and included in RRTI group.According to their ages,they were divided into 0~2 years old group,3~5 years old group and 6~12 years old group with 50 patients in each group.Another 65 healthy children were selected as control group.The serum Zn,Fe,Ca,vitamin A and vitamin E were compared in each group,evaluate the effects of Zn,Fe,Ca,vitamin A and vitamin E on RRTI children of different ages.Result The serum zinc,Fe,Ca,vitamin A and vitamin E level in RRTI group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in serum Zn,Fe,Ca,vitamin A and vitamin E levels among children of all ages(all P<0.05);the serum Zn,Fe,vitamin A and vitamin E levels of 0~2 years old group were significantly higher than those of 3~5 years old group(all P<0.05);the serum Zn,Fe,Ca,vitamin A and vitamin E levels were significantly higher in 6~12 years old group than those of 0~2 years old group and 3~5 years old group(all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin A was an independent influencing factor of RRTI in children aged 0~2 years old(P<0.05),and Fe,Ca,vitamin A,and vitamin E were independent influencing factors of RRTI in children aged 3~5 years old(all P<0.05).Conclusion Deficiency of Zn,Fe,Ca,vitamin A and vitamin E in the body is likely to lead to RRTI in children,especially in children aged 3~5 years old.
