摘要 “教师培训学”的体系框架应包括教师培训原理论、教师培训主体论、教师培训实施论、教师培训发展论等部分,其学科建设需要哲学和方法论的支撑。加强教师培训学的学术制度建设,进一步发展教师培训学的理论体系;提高教师培训研究成果的创新性,形成全国性的学术组织机构和有影响力的学术期刊;加强教师培训学的实践指导,深化理论与实践的有机融合;深入研究教师培训学的交叉学科的复合型应用,拓展教师培训学的研究视角等是促进教师培训学学科发展的重要路径。 The system framework of the study of teacher training should include four parts:the original theory of teacher training,the theory of teacher training subject,the theory of teacher training implementation,and the theory of teacher training development.The discipline construction of teacher training needs the support of philosophy and methodology.The important ways to promote the development of the study of teacher training are as follows:strengthening the construction of the academic system of the study of teacher training,further developing the theoretical system of the study of teacher training;improving the innovation of teacher training research results,forming a national academic organization and starting influential academic journals;strengthening the practical guidance of the study of teacher training,and deepening the organic integration of theory and practice;the in-depth study of the interdisciplinary complex of the study of teacher training and the expansion of the research perspective of the study of teacher training.
