“一带一路”背景下中国—中东欧贸易投资合作问题研究

Research on China-CEE Trade and Investment Cooperation under the Background of the“Belt and Road”

通过统计数据和指标分析当前中国—中东欧贸易投资的结构性特征及存在的问题,发现当前中国在中东欧地区贸易投资分布极不均衡,中国—中东欧贸易投资潜力有待充分释放,双边贸易投资便利化程度亟需提升。结合当前国际经济形势,提出政策建议:政府应继续强化与中东欧各国的战略共识,积极打通中东欧这一关键节点;根据中东欧各国贸易投资便利化水平及资源禀赋和比较优势差异,有计划、有步骤实施差异性策略;健全企业“走出去”服务体系,形成中国企业在中东欧“国民共进”的发展格局。

Through statistical data and indicator analysis,this paper reveals the structural characteristics and existing problems of bilateral trade and investment between China and CEE countries.It is found that the distribution of China’s trade and investment in CEE countries is extremely uneven,the potential of trade and investment between China and CEE countries needs to be fully developed,and the degree of facilitation of bilateral trade and investment needs to be improved.Based on the current international economic situation,the following policy recommendations are put forward:The government should continue to strengthen the strategic consensus with CEE countries,and actively open up the key node of Central and Eastern Europe;implement different strategies in a planned and step-by-step manner according to the level of trade and investment facilitation,resource endowments and comparative advantages of CEE countries;improve the corporate“going global”service system to form a development pattern of“national advancement”for Chinese companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
