自贸区条件下旅游构成要素的调整与优化——以舟山群岛新区住宿业为例

Adjustment and Optimization of Tourism Elements under the Conditions of Free Trade Zones——Taking the Accommodation Industry in the New Area of Zhoushan as an Example

2017年浙江自贸区设立,实施范围全部在舟山群岛新区域内,这一国家举措势必加快舟山群岛新区的发展。“住”是旅游六大构成要素的重要组成部分。在自贸区建设条件下,舟山旅游住宿业应作如何调整是舟山旅游面临的一个重大课题。全面分析舟山群岛新区住宿业的现状、发展特点和存在问题,提出自贸区条件下舟山群岛新区住宿业调整策略:优化产业空间布局、支持中端住宿业的发展、深度挖掘“旅游+”丰富产品、推动智能化运用、推进行业品牌和品质建设、加大人才培养力度等。

The establishment of the Zhejiang free trade zone is bound to accelerate the development of the Zhoushan archipelago new area."Living"is an important component of tourism elements.Under the condition of the construction of the free trade area,the accommodation industry in the new area of Zhoushan islands shows many development characteristics and problems.It puts forward to optimize the layout of the industrial space,support the development of the accommodation industry in the middle and the end,excavate the rich products of"tourism+",promote the utilization of intellectual energy,promote the brand and quality of the industry.Setting up and increasing personnel training are effective measures to adjust and optimize the accommodation industry in Zhoushan archipelago new area.
