基于跨境电子商务高速发展背景下国际贸易专业建设研究

Research on the Construction of International Trade Major Based on Cross Border E-commerce

在跨境电子商务蓬勃发展的背景下,国际贸易的内容和形式发生了巨大的变化,外贸企业对人才的能力需求也发生了明显改变。高校国贸专业的培养模式和课程体系已不适应跨境电子商务的需要,亟须进行改革。通过分析跨境电子商务对当今国际贸易业务的影响,探讨跨境电子商务背景下企业对对外经贸人才能力需求的新特点,针对新形势下国际贸易专业人才培养目标,提出国际贸易课程建设方案及对策建议,在客户开发、商务沟通、营销推广、流程管理、创新创业等方面进行课程改革。

At present,under the influence of mobile internet and e-commerce transactions,cross-border e-commerce is booming,and the content and form of international trade have undergone great changes,and the ability demand of foreign trade enterprises for talents has also changed significantly.However,the training mode and curriculum system of international trade major in colleges and universities are no longer suitable for the needs of crossborder e-commerce,so reform is urgently needed.This paper analyzes the impact of cross-border e-commerce on international trade business,discusses the new characteristics of enterprises'demand for foreign trade talents under the background of cross-border e-commerce,puts forward the training objectives of international trade major under he new situation,and puts forward the construction scheme and countermeasures of international trade curriculum.The research shows that the demand for talents of foreign trade enterprises has changed significantly in the new type of international trade.The curriculum reform should be carried out in the aspects of customer development,business communication,marketing promotion,process management,innovation and entrepreneurship,etc.
