科学认知“身体”内涵对少儿舞蹈教学的作用

摘要 本文阐明人的“身体”内涵,提出要科学认知人的“身体”内涵、掌握人体运动的生理学原理、遵循人体生长与运动发展规律,以便更加有效地开展少儿舞蹈教学与科学训练学生的舞蹈技能,预防和减少训练损伤事故发生。
