摘要
己内酰胺是一种重要的工业原料,环己酮肟是合成己内酰胺的一种关键的中间体。目前常用环己酮-羟胺法生产环己酮肟,这种工艺存在设备复杂、步骤繁多、污染严重以及副产物多等缺点。本文拟采用环己胺气相氧化法制备环己酮肟,主要探讨了不同的催化剂、溶剂、温度对反应过程的影响。实验发现:使用5%TiO 2负载的SBA-15作为催化剂,甲醇:环己胺体积比为1:1,温度为220℃时,反应达到最佳状态。
Cyclohexanone oxime is a key intermediate in the production of caprolactam,which is an important raw material for industrial production.At present,cyclohexanone-hydroxylamine method is commonly used to produce cyclohexanone oxime.This process has many disadvantages such as complicated equipment,numerous steps,serious pollution and many by-products.Cyclohexanone oxime was produced by cyclohexylamine gas phase oxidation.The influence of different catalysts,solvents and temperatures on the reaction process was mainly discussed.When the volume ratio of methanol to cyclohexylamine was 1:1,the temperature was 220℃,using 5%TiO 2 loaded SBA-15 as a catalyst,the reaction reached the best state.
