摘要
灰融性测试仪目前在电厂和化工企业用途广泛,煤灰熔融性测定不仅是评价工业用煤的重要指标,也是煤灰结渣特性的重要参数。本文以神华新疆化工有限公司所用三德SDAF2000e灰熔融性测试仪为例,按照《煤灰熔融性的测定方法》(GB/T 219-2008)的测定要求,对分析测试过程中出现的常见故障进行了汇总,结合实际对仪器故障进行分析,并列举了各种故障产生的原因和解决方法[1]。
Ash fusibility tester is widely used in power plants and chemical enterprises.Ash fusibility measurement is not only an important index to evaluate industrial coal,but also an important parameter of ash slagging characteristics.Taking Santoku SDAF2000e ash melting tester used in Shenhua Xinjiang chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,according to the requirements of measuring method of the coal ash melting sex(GB/T 219-2008),the common failures appeared in the process of analysis and test were summarized.Combined with the actual analysis of equipment failure,the various fault reasons and solutions were listed.
