校企联动是新时代高等教育进行技能型人才培养的重要途径和模式,是人才培养过程中学校和企业零距离接触的有效措施。本文立足于应用型本科院校,以校企合作模式开展的精细化工专业课程教学改革与探索,有针对性地调整和设置教学内容,校企双方教师共同参与课程建设与教材开发。旨在培养高素质技能型专业人才,与国家的经济发展相适应,与企业要求紧密相结合,将精细化工专业课程的校企合作模式改革落实彻底。

Cooperation models between colleges and enterprises is an important way and method for higher education to carry out skilled personnel training in the new era,and it is also an effective measure of zero distance between schools and enterprises in the process of personnel training.Based on application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,the teaching reform and exploration on Fine Chemical course in the mode of school enterprise cooperation were carried out,the teaching content in a targeted way,and teachers from both schools and enterprises participate in the course construction and textbook development was adjusted and set up.It aimed to train high-quality skilled professionals,adapt to the economic development of the country,and closely integrate with the requirements of enterprises,so as to thoroughly implement the reform of school enterprise cooperation mode of Fine Chemical professional courses.
