摘要 本文介绍了基于北斗卫星定位数据的营运车辆超速行为识别方法,针对已有研究和数据中通过超速预警识别超速行为存在的问题,提出一种新的基于可变时间距离阈值的超速行为识别算法,开展算例验证,并与基于固定时间距离阈值方法进行了的识别对比,验证了本文方法的识别有效性。该识别方法实现了对重点营运车辆超速行为的快速监测和实时监控预警,提升了高速公路的态势感知能力以及超速事件的快速辨别响应能力,为公众出行安全提供强有力的保障。 This paper introduces the speeding behavior recognition method of commercial vehicles based on BeiDou satellite positioning data.Aiming at the problems of identifying speeding behaviors through speeding warning in the existing research and data,a new speeding behavior recognition algorithm based on variable time distance threshold is proposed.Carrying out calculation example verification,and comparing with the recognition based on the fixed time distance threshold method,it verifies the validity of the method in this paper.This identification method realizes the rapid monitoring and real-time monitoring and early warning of the speeding behavior of key operating vehicles,improves the situational awareness of expressways and the ability to quickly identify and respond to speeding events,and provides a strong guarantee for public travel safety.
