摘要
凝冻灾害是冬季造成交通事故的重要原因之一,为保障路网畅通及公路交通运输安全,本文面向贵州省凝冻灾害道路安全,以应急处置技术及装备为切入点,从应急处置事前准备及响应处置两个环节梳理、分析、总结了凝冻路面传统处置方法的特点,探究并展望了适用于贵州可持续发展的凝冻处置新技术与装备,并对主动抗凝技术发展方向进行了预测。
Freezing disaster is one of the important reasons which cause the traffic accident in winter.In order to ensure the security of traffic highway network flow and highway transportation,this paper aim at transportation safety during freezing disaster in Guizhou,emergency disposal technology and equipment as the breakthrough point,from the emergency preparation and response disposal of two links of carding,analysis,summarizes the characteristics of traditional disposal method and frozen pavement,explore the sustainable development of disposal of new technology and equipment,and the active deicing technology development direction is forecasted.
