摘要
由于SBS价格昂贵,许多厂商在生产SBS改性沥青的过程中往往会掺杂其他价格低廉的改性材料来以次充好,谋取经济上的利益。为了对此类掺假改性材料进行有效鉴别,在红外光谱试验的基础上开发出一套针对此类掺杂物的鉴别方法。本文选取渣油、增黏剂、地炼沥青和增硫剂这四种改性添加剂,在不同的掺量下,对SBS改性沥青进行红外光谱快速检测试验,分析相似度指标随添加剂掺量的变化情况。研究结果表明,红外光谱检测方法对于此类添加剂具有较高的检测敏感性,可以有效鉴别掺加了4%以上掺量的渣油、4%以上掺量的增黏剂、30%以上掺量的地炼沥青以及4‰以上掺量的增硫剂的SBS改性沥青。
Due to the high price of SBS,many manufacturers in the process of producing SBS modified asphalt often mixed with other low price modified materials,to seek economic benefits.In order to identify the adulterated modified materials effectively,an identification methods for the adulterated materials was developed based on the infrared spectrum test.In this paper,four modified additives,residue,viscosifier,ground asphalt and sulfur additive,were selected to conduct rapid infrared spectrum detection test for SBS modified asphalt under different dosage,and the change of similarity index with additive dosage was analyzed.The results show that the infrared spectrum detection method is highly sensitive to this kind of additive,and can effectively identify the residual oil with more than 4%content,the viscosifier with more than 4%content,the ground bitumen with more than 30%content and the SBS modified bitumen with more than 4‰content of sulfur additive.
