摘要
城市道路横断面不仅要满足城市道路上人车安全、绿色交通的优先发展、慢行交通的舒适性等基本要求,更应进行精细化设计以实现海绵城市低影响开发的目标。在城市总体规划层面,积极落实国家对城市交通规划的新规范、新理念,通过对海绵城市低影响开发措施深入研究,对城市道路横断面进行精细化设计,提出城市道路横断面推荐方案,以促进人、车、路、环境的和谐发展。其研究成果可供各大城市规划部门参考、推广及应用,提高现阶段城市道路横断面规划的合理性及规范性。
The cross section of urban road should not only meet the basic requirements of ensuring the safety of people and vehicles on the urban road,the priority development of green traffic,and the comfort of slow traffic,but also carry out fine design to achieve the goal of low impact development of sponge city.At the level of urban master planning,this paper actively implements the new norms and concepts of national urban traffic planning.Through in-depth study on the measures of low impact development of sponge City,the cross-section of urban road is refined design,and the cross-section recommendation scheme of urban road is proposed to promote the harmonious development of people,vehicles,roads and environment.The research results can be used for reference,promotion and application by the planning departments of major cities,and improve the rationality and standardization of urban road cross section planning at this stage.
