不同光质LED对人参果组培苗生长和生理指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of LED Light with Different Light Qualities on Growth and Physiological Indexes of Solanum muricatum Aiton Tissue Culture Plantlets

摘要 研究不同光质LED对圆果型人参果组培苗形态和生理指标的影响,以期探究适合人参果生长的最佳光质。以人参果无根苗为试验材料,以白色荧光灯为对照(CK),采用6个不同LED光质照射处理30 d,即红光(R)、黄光(Y)、蓝光(B)、绿光(G)、红绿蓝复合光(RGB)、红蓝复合光(RB),测定植株形态和生理指标。结果表明:(1)R和BR处理下植株的株高最大,与CK相比差异显著;Y处理下叶长最大,G处理下叶宽最大,B和RB处理下鲜重最大。(2)RGB处理有利于可溶性糖的合成,而Y处理抑制可溶性糖的合成。(3)G处理下可溶性蛋白含量最大,Y处理下最小。(4)B处理下叶绿素a的含量高于其他处理,且达到最大,G处理下叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量均为最大。B光质更有利于人参果组培苗的生长和发育。 The effects of different LED light quality on the morphology and physiological indexes of tissue culture plantlets of Solanum muricatum Aiton(round fruit)were studied in order to explore the best light quality suitable for the growth of S.muricatum Aito S.muricatum tissue culture plantlets without roots were treated for 30 d with LED light with 6 different light qualities,e.g.red LED(R),yellow LED(Y),blue LED(B),green LED(G),mixed red,green and blue LED(RGB),mixed red and blue LED(RB),with white fluorescent light as the control,and their morphology and physiological indicators were measured.The results show that the plantlet height is the highest under the R and BR treatments,which is significantly different from that of the control.The leaf length,leaf width and fresh weight are the highest under the Y treatment,the G treatment and the B and RB treatment,respectively.The RGB treatment facilitates the synthesis of soluble sugars,while the Y treatment inhibits the synthesis of soluble sugars.The plantlets have the highest soluble protein content in the G treatment and the lowest in the Y treatment.The leaf content of chlorophyll a is higher in the B treatment than in other treatments,the highest among the treatments.The leaf contents of chlorophyll B and carotenoids are the highest in the G treatment.Therefore,the light quality B is more beneficial to the growth and development of S.muricatum tissue culture plantlets.
